Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 19, 2026
At TeleBos, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
- 01
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: email address, password (hashed), and Telegram account connection data (session strings are encrypted). We also collect usage data such as broadcast logs, chat metadata, and account status information to provide and improve our service.
- 02
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to operate and maintain the TeleBos service: authenticating your access, connecting your Telegram accounts via Telethon (session strings are encrypted at rest), processing broadcast requests, and providing real-time updates. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
- 03
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption. Telegram session strings are encrypted using Fernet (symmetric encryption) before being stored in our database. We implement reasonable security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure session authentication, and regular security reviews.
- 04
Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time, which will remove your personal data and disconnect all linked Telegram accounts. Broadcast logs may be retained for audit purposes.
- 05
Third-Party Services
TeleBos integrates with Telegram via the Telethon library. We also use PostgreSQL for data storage, Redis for caching and task queues, and Celery for background job processing. These services are operated on our own infrastructure and your data does not leave our control.
